Shipping & Delivery
Our default shipping channel will be mailed out via Singapore Post unless specially requested by customers to use any other forwarder services such as EMS Speedpost, Fedex & etc. Kindly contact us prior to check out to enquire about other types of shipping options. We note that: lost mail risk will be fully bear by the buyers once we have mailed out the items. We strongly recommend online shoppers to opt for registered shipping for delivery assurance. FREE registered mail for Singapore buyers (only) for total purchase value of SGD65 and above. Orders placed with us from Monday – Sunday (excluding holidays) before 7:00 PM/ +8GMT will be processed within 1-2 business days, pending payment verification. We will prompt you once your items are packed and ready to be shipped out.
Exchange Policy
Goods sold are non-refundable. We want you to ♥ what you have purchased fromyourslovingly.com. However, if something is not right (i.e. defective) please do let us know within 5 working days. We do check thoroughly prior to mailing hence if there are any defects that you have found, kindly assist to provide photo evidence when reporting to us.
